What a great day for the zoo! We went to the Ft Wayne zoo for the first time as a family. A little chilly and windy in the morning, but by the afternoon, the sun was out. Avery loved the animals. She saw the monkeys, rode a pony with daddy, rode the carousel, fed the goats, pet a rabbit and guinea pig, took a train ride, and loved every minute. She was asleep in 5 minutes after we got in the car. Then daddy got out his old John Deere tractor that he re-built. He got it when he was Avery's age.
We have a very busy weekend. Saturday she turns 1 and will be a flower girl in our cousins wedding. Then Sunday is party day. We'll post more pictures later this weekend!
